As Chief Operating Officer, Chris Kennedy is responsible for executive leadership over all the solutions Periscope provides to our customers, including product, development, technology infrastructure, implementation services, and support.
Chris has been with Periscope since 2005, serving as Vice President of Services until December of 2015. During that period, he led Periscope’s teams working directly with customers to implement and support our eProcurement implementations at states, local governments, school districts, and universities across the nation.
As Chief Financial Officer for Periscope Holdings, David is responsible for overall financial and strategic management, including the company’s financial reporting, investor relations, long-range business planning and other corporate functions.
David brings over 25 years of executive operational and financial experience with both privately held and publicly traded organizations.
As Chief of Staff, Rejan is responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives across the company, optimizing business operations and leading special projects. Rejan possesses over 20 years of experience planning and implementing large-scale technology and operational change projects for and within public sector organizations, including 14 years experience in the public sector including positions as the Director of Operations for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and as management analyst with the Texas Performance Review of the State Comptroller’s Office.
