GVIBUY will make it easier for vendors to do business with the Government of the US Virgin Islands. Beginning in October 2021, registration in GVIBUY will be required to do business with the Government of the Virgin Islands.

GVIBUY user guides provide step-by-step guidance for vendors. User guides are available for the core Phase I business functions, and will continue to be added as the Territory roles out features.
Before you start:

Have your company tax ID available.

Know your company’s relevant NIGP commodity codes.

Establish your administrative information.

Download the step-by-step registration guide for reference throughout the registration process.

Navigate to GVIBUY website and click the blue “Register” button in top-right corner. Follow the prompts and input all company information.
IMPORTANT: As noted on the registration guide, in order to ensure your registration with the United States Virgin Islands is set-up properly, do not opt-in for S2G at this time. You will have two opportunities to get S2G that you must opt-out of:
Once you submit your registration it will go into a pending status awaiting review by DPP Vendor Management. Registrations may be approved in up to 24 hours.
You will receive an email once your account is active. You can then begin to view and respond to solicitations from the Government of the US Virgin Islands.
